This Intellectual Property Policy explains ownership of content and work product between QHR Solutions Private Limited (“QHR Solutions”, “we”, “us”) and our clients and website visitors.
1. Our website content
All text, graphics, logos, icons, images and the design of this website are the property of QHR Solutions or used under license, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or republish our website content without written permission, except for normal browsing, sharing a link, or quoting a short excerpt with attribution.
2. Deliverables we create for clients
Unless your signed proposal or contract states otherwise, final deliverables we create specifically for you as part of a paid engagement — website code built for you, custom graphics, written content and ad creatives — transfer to your ownership once you have paid for them in full.
3. Our tools, templates and methods
QHR Solutions retains ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, processes, reporting formats and general know-how used to deliver your project, even where incorporated into your deliverables. These remain our property and may be reused for other clients.
4. Third-party and licensed material
Some deliverables may include third-party material (stock photography, fonts, plugins, themes or libraries) licensed to you under that provider’s own license terms, which continue to apply after project completion.
5. Your content and brand assets
You retain all ownership of your own trademarks, logos, brand assets, product information and any content you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use these only to deliver and showcase (in our portfolio, with your permission) the services you have engaged us for.
6. Portfolio and case studies
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing. We will not disclose confidential business information, only the deliverable itself and general results.
7. Infringement claims
If you believe content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, email info@qhrsolutions.com with details and we will investigate promptly.
