These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services provided by QHR Solutions Private Limited (“QHR Solutions”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. A signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement takes priority over these Terms where they differ.
1. Our services
We provide digital marketing services including SEO, AI search optimization, paid advertising management, social media, website and app development, and related consulting. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are set out in your proposal or agreement.
2. Results
Search engines, AI platforms and ad networks control their own algorithms and policies. We use proven methods and work hard to improve your results, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees are quoted in US dollars unless agreed otherwise.
- Monthly services are billed in advance. Project work is billed in milestones as set out in your proposal.
- Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform and is not included in our fees unless stated.
- Late payments may lead to work being paused until the account is settled.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need (for example to your website, analytics or ad accounts). You confirm that you have the right to use any content, trademarks or materials you give us.
5. Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled with [30] days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable. Project work cancelled part-way is billed for work completed to date. [Confirm notice period before publishing.]
6. Intellectual property
Once all fees are paid, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as website designs, content and ad creatives. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, know-how and methods. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention you as a client and describe our work in our portfolio, without sharing confidential information.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only for the project. We are happy to sign a separate NDA on request.
8. White-label work
For agency partners, we provide services under your brand and will not contact your clients directly unless you ask us to.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, QHR Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Website use
Website content is provided for general information only. You may not copy, scrape or misuse it, or attempt to disrupt the website’s security or operation.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless your signed agreement says otherwise. [Confirm with your legal adviser.]
